The Swing Sync is available in two sizes: Regular and Extra Large. The Regular size features extensive velcro adjustability, stretchability and fits the majority of golfers. If you have a larger build or bigger upper arms, the Extra Large offers additional room for a comfortable, secure fit. Of course, also with a large velcro adjustment range and stretchability of the band.

Note: If you’re between sizes, size down. If the band or arm loop is too big, the aid loses part of its function. The regular size provides enough stretch to fit most users.
How to measure
Torso: Wrap a soft tape measure around your torso just below your chest. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight.
Upper arm: Measure around the widest part of your upper arm (bicep), with your arm relaxed at your side.
Because of the adjustable Velcro closure, each size covers a wide range. The measurements above for the Regular size reflect the range from fully tightened to fully extended. The Extra Large size can technically be adjusted to fit torso measurements as small as 30 inches, but below 42 inches, the band may not have enough tension to function as intended. We therefore recommend the Regular size for torso measurements below 42 inches. However, if your upper arm is too large for the Regular size, the Extra Large may still be the better option.
